For most things, we get immediate feedback, especially with the rise of social media. However, one thing that does not have direct feedback is taking notes. For this reason, many people get out of meetings without really having a clear idea about who is responsible for what or what will be the next steps. Here I share how I make sure I exit a meeting feeling firm about what has been decided and what to do next.

πŸ’» From the algorithm

Are you feeling under the weather? You are not alone. We have all been through it at one point or another of these unusual times. Adam Grant in an article for The New York Times has identified this feeling as "languishing":

Languishing is the neglected middle child of mental health. It’s the void between depression and flourishing β€” the absence of well-being.

A highly recommended read, especially right now.

πŸ”§ A Tool I am using

Are you looking for a highly simplified To-Do list that allows you to keep your week under control? Tweek is here to help. Minimal in its UI, but very effective, and the free plan is, in my opinion, more than enough.

So simple that it reminds me of the old school weekly agenda pads that were popular on the desks of corporate companies in the '90s.

I have been using it for a while to keep an eye out for what I have to do throughout the week and thoroughly enjoying it, and yes, if you are a paper lover, you have the option to print it out.

I value my reader’s inputs so, should you come across anything interesting this week, send it my way! Likewise, I love finding new things to read through members of this newsletter.

Until next week, take care!

Ale
